This Privacy Policy explains how CRYPTINT.IO LLC (“CRYPTINT.IO”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our Service. We respect your privacy and aim to be direct about what we do with your data.

CRYPTINT.IO LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that operates the CRYPTINT.IO crypto intelligence platform. We are the data controller for personal information processed under this policy.

- Payment information, processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
- Contact form messages and any information you include in them
- Alert preferences, coin selections, and other account settings

We share information with third parties who help us operate the Service. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments and data processing agreements. We share only the minimum information needed.
- Cloudflare: hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and privacy-first analytics
- Stripe: payment processing
- Kit (ConvertKit): email marketing and subscriber management
- Mailgun: transactional email delivery (confirmations, contact replies)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations:
- Account and subscription data: while your account is active, and up to 7 years after closure for financial and tax records where required
- Contact form submissions: up to 2 years unless a longer retention is required to resolve the inquiry
- Newsletter subscriber data: until you unsubscribe
- Web and security logs: typically 30 days
7. International transfers
CRYPTINT.IO LLC is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required by law, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms to protect your information.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a request through our contact form. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days under GDPR, 45 days under CCPA). We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
9. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where applicable. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret them.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please submit a request through our contact form so we can delete it.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of security practices. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
12. Data Processing Agreements
Business subscribers who process personal data in the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions requiring a Data Processing Agreement may request one through our contact form.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates the current version. Material changes will be notified via email or through a notice on the Service.
